➤ Served on Boards of Directors for environmental groups and nonprofit experience with environmental, housing, food safety, and natural health rights organizations.
➤ COSO Enterprise Risk Management (7/2022).
As a leader and business advisor, I’ve been entrusted to coordinate development of a $6B business plan for an international health care venture (PanPacific Partners), negotiate and build strategic global alliances, lead M&As from both the buy and sell sides, develop lucrative new markets and business opportunities, manage enterprise risk and ensure secure data environments for some of the world’s largest and most highly regulated private companies and public agencies (Barclay’s, Chrysler, Lockheed, Rockwell, Vanguard, Siemens, DHS, The United States Mint and others).
Other relevant experience includes the World Bank and extensive work in government and public relations, state-level lobbying and Paralegal work for a US Department of Justice contractor focused on Superfund and environment-related cases.

ED CALLAHAN
Expert EOS Implementer™ - Business "Execution" Coach
John and I were recruited from the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (www.gpseg.org), along with two other colleagues, to assist this 501C3 non profit by filling seats on their Board of Directors. John was very empathetic with the mission of CCIL and generously provided his time and energy to help them achieve their goals. He respected the balance needed in a volunteer-based non-profit when motivating and communicating with the volunteers. He demonstrated that he was capable of working successfully with other board members. His time of service was cut short when he relocated to Texas from Chester County in Pennsylvania.
